Thank you for using Pause & Pray. By downloading and using our app, you agree to these terms. We’ve written them with care and in plain language.

1. Our Mission

Pause & Pray exists to help you build a habit of turning to God before turning to your phone. The app uses Apple’s Family Controls to gently invite you into prayer before opening selected apps.

2. Use of the App

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Pause & Pray.
• The app is provided “as is” for personal, non-commercial use.
• We do not guarantee that every prayer will perfectly match your needs — the AI is a helpful tool, not a replacement for personal time with God’s Word.

3. Account & Data

No account is required. All prayer history is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store personal data beyond what is needed for the shielding feature to function.

4. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, and the prayers generated are for your personal use. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its code without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pause & Pray is a spiritual wellness tool. We are not responsible for any decisions you make after using the app, nor for any technical issues with Apple’s Family Controls framework.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
