This Privacy Policy applies specifically to NoChipsPoker (published by simplyCreative). We are committed to protecting your privacy.

1. We Collect No Data That Leaves Your Device

NoChipsPoker is 100% offline. There are no servers, no analytics, no crash reporting, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs.

All data stays locally on your device:

• Saved games and chip counts (JSON in app’s Documents folder)
• App settings (JSON)
• Optional custom background photo (JPEG saved locally)
• Optional admin PIN (stored in iOS Keychain)
• Onboarding flag (UserDefaults)

Nothing is ever sent to us or anyone else.

2. Photo Library Access

Used only via Apple’s PhotosUI picker to set a custom background image. The photo never leaves your device.

3. In-App Purchases

Handled 100% by Apple’s StoreKit. We see nothing.

4. No Accounts or Login

Only a local optional admin PIN.

5. Sound, Haptics & Other Features

All processed on-device. No recording, no camera, no microphone, no location, etc.

6. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transmit any data.

7. Your Rights

Delete games/photos inside the app or uninstall to remove everything.

8. Children’s Privacy

Not directed at children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We will update this page and the date above if needed.
